Casa del Vino, in the heart of San Lorenzo, is a traditional Florentine tavern, where hot dishes are not served, but rather, various types of sandwiches, crostini, boards of hams and cheeses, cold cuts, cheeses, tripe salads, giblet salads, anchovy-flavoured cherry tomatoes with Stracciatella cheese and a hint of spice, to pair with wines coming from all regions of Italy.
