How it works

  1. Purchase Firenzecard online or at authorized sales points in the city
  2. If you purchase it online, you can choose whether to download the Firenzecard app on your device, enter your voucher code, and obtain a digital Firenzecard or print out the voucher received by email, hand it over to the staff of the collection points when you arrive in Florence, and pick up your physical Firenzecard
  3. It is activated upon first entry into a museum in the Firenzecard circuit
  4. At the time of purchase, you can add Firenzecard+ to take advantage of the city's public transportation system and special offers
  5. Each of the participating museums and sites may be visited only once

Extend your vacation with RESTART!

With Restart, available exclusively in digital version on iOS smartphones/tablets (version 10.0 or later for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch) or Android (version 5.0 or later), you can add an extra 48 hours to your Firenzecard after it has expired, to extend your art vacation or to return at a later date to the birthplace of the Renaissance. Visit the museums you haven't seen yet, and remember that you have one year from the purchase of your Firenzecard to activate it.
