Book the Palazzo Vecchio Museum online

From today, December 9, you can book your visit to the Palazzo Vecchio Museum, the Stefano Bardini Museum and the Novecento Museum through the Firenzecard app or online directly on the Firenzecard website.
Reservation is mandatory for the Palazzo Vecchio Museum and optional for the Stefano Bardini Museum and the Novecento Museum. 

Booking is simple:
• Enter the Firenzecard app or go to the firenzecard.it website
• Use the "Book the museums" button on the homepage and, in the window that opens, select the museum you wish to book from the drop-down menu OR visit the page of the museum you wish to book and click on the "book your visit" button
• Enter the number of minors present in your family and associated with your Firenzecard (if there is no minor select 0), the code of your Firenzecard and a valid email address
• Select the desired date and time slot
• Enter the details of the adult and the minor(s) for whom you are making the reservation
• Proceed with booking
• Download and save your reservation.

For each reservation you will receive a booking confirmation via email containing a QR code and all the information about your booking, which you will have to show to the museum staff to access on the booked day and time.
The reservation can be modified or canceled by writing to info@firenzecard.it.
