Book your visit to Palazzo Medici Riccardi online

From today, you can conveniently book your visit to Palazzo Medici Riccardi online.
For individual visitors and groups of up to 7 people, booking is optional.
For groups of 8 or more people, however, booking is compulsory.

You can book online via the Firenzecard website by following the steps below:

• Go to the Firenzecard app or visit the website www.firenzecard.it
• Select Palazzo Medici Riccardi from the drop-down menu https://www.firenzecard.it/it/prenotazioni/prenota_selezione_museo
• Insert your Firenzecard code and the number of associated minors
• Select the date and time of your visit
• Proceed.

Once you have made your booking, you will receive a confirmation email which you must show to museum staff upon arrival.
Once made, the booking cannot be changed.
